After spending 30 years of ownership and management in
the lodging business, the principles of NHB decided to
expand into the investment services side of the
industry. Now an entire office and staff are exclusively
dedicated to providing hotel investment brokerage
services to our ever increasing client list. NHB is
headquartered in downtown Indianapolis, located on the
44th Floor in the premiere Chase Tower building.
Our office is your office, as we invite all of our

Founded on solid
principles... |
Service:
Our service motto is simple…“Treat each client as if
they are your family and treat each investment as if it
is your own.”
Specialization:
All of our clients are able to benefit from the fact
that NHB does nothing but concentrate all of our time
and energy on the hotel industry. By narrowing our focus
to this specific segment of the vast commercial real
estate market, we are able to offer an unparalleled
in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry environmental
trends, knowledge of asset qualifications and
requirements among the national franchises, an enormous
proprietary client database with profiles matched with
specific hotel investment criteria, and expertise in the
hospitality capital markets, financial underwritings,
and property operations.
Experience:
With over 30 years in the hotel business, NHB has the
right contacts, the right resources, and the right
people to move hotel properties more efficiently than
our competitors. Our investment brokers come from
varying and extensive backgrounds in commercial real
estate. On average our brokers each have over 10 years
of commercial real estate investment experience prior to
joining the firm. Additionally, each broker must endure
a vigorous 12 month hotel training program followed by a
12 month apprenticeship with a seasoned hotel broker.
NHB requires that each broker either pursues or holds
the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) designation putting them within the top 6
percent of brokers in the industry.
